We don't discount. The per-person price already has dinner, breakfast and every activity in it. Emerald Hall is included Sunday to Thursday, and quoted as a paid extra on Fridays, Saturdays and public holidays.

On weekdays, a group of 60 guests or more (around 30 rooms) has the whole farm to itself.

Day two, morning

Guided animal tour at 9am, feeding time with 30 kinds of animals. This is the only way into the animal compound.
Horse riding after the tour: 8 and up ride one or two rounds, ages 4 to 7 sit for a photo with a parent, max 80kg. Mornings only; the horses rest in the afternoon heat.

How paying works

Two rules, by headcount

The calculator shows the one that applies to your group. Both are here for the record.

Under 30 people

Pay in full to confirm. The Plans-Change Guarantee: cancel 30 days or more before you arrive and 90% comes back. 15 to 29 days, half. 14 days or less, no refund, because by then we can no longer resell your rooms.

30 people or more

30% deposit locks your dates. Balance 30 days before arrival. Plans change? 60+ days ahead 70% back, 30–59 days 30%, 29 days or fewer nothing, because by then we cannot resell the rooms.

Headcount

The number you pay for is your minimum. Add people any time until 48 hours before arrival if we have beds, at the same rate. Names per room, children's ages and any dietary notes one week before.

Force majeure

30 people or more: if travel bans or a MetMalaysia red warning for Negeri Sembilan stop the trip, you get a 12-month credit instead of a refund.

Typical: 20 to 40 people in lake and land chalets, one Saturday night. Grandparents on the ground floor, everyone at one long table at 7pm.

Typical: 60 to 150 people over two weekday nights. Emerald Hall for the sessions, with a stage, 4K projector and sound, included Sunday to Thursday. Lunch on the middle day is in the price.

Session times? Three hall slots a day: 9 to 1, 3 to 7, 8 to midnight.

The School Trip, One Price Per Student

For: Schools and kindergartens, one night or for the day.
Typical: Students in the timber rooms, the hostel-style building opposite the lake with 17 rooms and up to 81 beds. Teachers in chalets. A weekday night, the 9am guided tour next morning. Day only? See the Day Trip, 9am to 5pm.

40 students aged 11 and up + 4 teachers, timber rooms, a weekday night: 44 × RM195 = RM8,580

What do they do? Feed the animals and ride the horse on the 9am tour, the 150-statue trail, kayaks, the pool, the theatre room.
Who is in charge? Your teachers. Our caretaker leads the tour and the horse.
Younger children? Ages 4 to 10 pay half; under 4 free.

The Company Retreat, One Price Per Head

For: Retreats, team days and company family days.
Typical: 20 to 80 on a weekday. Up to 50 in the first-floor gallery room with its big table and projector, a paid extra; over 50 in Emerald Hall, included Sunday to Thursday. The bosses in chalets and the team in timber rooms if you like: choose "mixed" in the calculator.

30 adults, timber rooms, a weekday night: 30 × RM195 = RM5,850. One invoice.

What organisers ask

Straight answers

Any group discount?

No. The per-person price already includes dinner, breakfast and every activity. Emerald Hall is included Sunday to Thursday, and quoted as a paid extra on Fridays, Saturdays and public holidays. On weekdays a group of 60 guests or more (around 30 rooms) has the farm to itself.

Is there a rate card?

The card above is it. The calculator gives the exact total.

Team building?

We are the venue. The two facilitators above handle the programme.

HRD Corp claims?

Ask the facilitator. We issue the venue invoice.

Two nights?

Same per-person rate each night, and lunch on the middle day.

Bank transfer?

Yes. Deposit terms are in the quote.

Yoga?

Emerald Hall or the gallery rooftop. No ceiling anchors, so no aerial yoga.

Coach parking?

Big coaches cannot come up the last 4 km. They drop off at Mr Jackfruit Trading, about 10 minutes away, and our vans bring a pre-arranged, paid overnight group in. Cars come all the way: about 70 bays at the farm.

Seniors?

Ground-floor rooms on request.

Who counts as a child?

Ages 4 to 10 pay half the adult rate; under 4 stay free. Everyone 11 and up pays the adult rate.

Lunch on the day we arrive?

Yes, pre-ordered: eco lunch RM16.50 or premium RM26.50 a head, children half, SST included. Tea at 3pm, dinner and breakfast are already in the price.

Early check-in or late checkout?

Check-in is 3pm, from 2pm when the rooms are ready. Checkout is 12 noon for every room.

How are the rooms allocated?

By your headcount, with as few empty beds as the room sizes allow; send names per room a week before. Ground-floor rooms, or chalets for some and timber rooms for the rest, on request.

Where do we run our sessions?

Emerald Hall: 80 to 90 at tables, up to 150 standing, a stage, 4K projector and sound, three slots a day, included Sunday to Thursday. Up to 50 people, the first-floor gallery room with its big table and projector, a paid extra; more than 50, Emerald Hall.

BBQ instead of dinner?

Yes, for one dinner: RM25 a head pre-ordered, RM35 on the day. Charcoal and marinated meats at the outdoor BBQ area.

What if it rains?

Emerald Hall, the gallery floors, the theatre room, snooker, mahjong and the card games are under a roof. Kayaks, bikes and the pool wait for it to pass.

Noise after midnight?

Karaoke ends at midnight everywhere, indoors and out. The enclosed gallery rooms carry the least sound.

Do prices include SST?

Yes. Every number on this page and on your quote is nett, SST included, and the invoice shows it.
