Cancellation & Rescheduling
At Mantin Farmstay, we offer a flexible cancellation policy for our guests’ peace of mind. Guests are able to cancel their reservation up to 14 days before check-in and receive a 90% refund, minus any service fees.
However, for cancellations within 7 days of the trip, the reservation is non-refundable. Rescheduling is only allowed in the case of emergencies or health-related issues, and the decision is at the discretion of management. If a cancellation occurs within 24 hours of booking, the guest may reschedule if approved by management.

Guest Insurance
At Mantin Farmstay, we prioritize the safety and well-being of our guests. While participating in outdoor activities such as horseback riding, kayaking, cycling, mountain climbing, or hiking, accidents can happen. That’s why we recommend that our guests take out travel insurance to ensure they are fully protected in the event of an accident.
Our insurance policy covers accidents that may occur during these activities, such as falls from horses or bicycles, as well as animal attacks and environmental-related incidents. This helps to provide peace of mind for our guests, knowing that they are fully protected during their stay with us.
